Baan Tai Tara 3 is a bright,contemporary Thai style villa with floor to ceiling windows. Doors from each of the rooms slide back to allow direct access to the large terrace, 5x11 meter Pool and garden beyond. The villa is detached and set in a totally private, walled garden with its own entrance and parking area. The living area is elegantly furnished, open plan and has high vaulted ceilings to give an even greater feeling of space and serenity. There is a 55" smart TV on the wall, blue tooth speaker, huge pool, tropical gardens and lots of space to relax. Ban Tai is a quiet little suburb bit it is only minutes away from Nathon, the main town of Koh Samui and Maenam, a characterful one time fishing village with its lovely Temple and abundance of restaurants. The location makes Baan Tai Tara 3 an ideal holiday destination for those seeking something a little more tranquil. A choice of small restaurants, shops, therapeutic massage spas, a gym, laundrys and taxis easily available make for a relaxing holiday and of course the beautiful, sandy Ban Tai beach and its boutique resorts, perfect to watch the sun set over a cocktail or two is only a 300 meter flat walk from the villa.
We loved living in Koh Samui and love the villas that we built there and hope our guests enjoy them too. Now living back in the UK until our gorgeous children complete their education and start to explore the world on their own.
Baan Tai is one of the last remaining island locations where commerce has not overtaken the gentle way of life. Shopkeepers are genuinely interested in you and your well being and have time to chat and offer friendly advice on what to do or see. A safe base for a family holiday or a very romantic getaway. No need for a hire vehicle as everything is on your doorstep. Baan Tai, previously a small fishing hamlet and now a desirable place to stay for a relaxed, family vacation. It is serviced by many restaurants (all within walking distance) and small, friendly shop bars. We recommend , which is the closest restaurant to the villa. Just turn out of driveway to your left and you will find a little local restaurant 50m on left and a few more on the right. You will not go hungry! There are also several shops and restaurants along the road and boutique resorts along the beach for good food and cocktails.
