Located in Soi Na Jomthien 28, Ban Amphur area: a very famous local fishing village in Pattaya. Thus, the house is surrounded by famous seafood restaurants. So, it is super convenient to go everywhere but still be in a tranquil area with many delicious seafood restaurants. There is a local convenience store opposite the house. Preecha seafood restaurant ( famous local seafood ) is only 300 meters away. Ban Amphur beach, where the beach is still very nice and serene is only 1.2 km away. Cartoon Network Amazon Water Park, Silver Lake vineyard is also about a 5 minute drive. Pattaya city is about a 15 minute drive.
