Baan Rim Haad villa is located directly on the beach, so close to the shore you can hear the waves! This spacious 3 bedroom villa gives you stunning sea views and lush tropical greenery wrapping around the open-plan villa and its private swimming pool and terrace area. Daily housekeeping means you can leave the rubber gloves behind. Baan Rim Head beachfront villa has a private pool, open plan kitchen/living area and floor to ceiling windows that make it hard to tell where indoor ends and outdoors begins. Everything you need for cooking, dining and entertaining is available in the fully equipped western style kitchen and dining area. A spacious living room with comfortable sofas, incredible views and a home entertainment system with something for all the family (Apple TV, Netflix, Games, DVD Player). All three bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms (two king rooms and one twin room) and there is also an additional family bathroom. An outdoor dining area sits just outside the doors to the kitchen, so you can easily enjoy your meals inside or out. The generous sun terrace has a selection of seats, sofas and sunbeds offering lots of spots to unwind for both sun worshipers and shade seekers. Try your hand at paddle boarding or kayaking which are free to enjoy or feeling energetic, take a walk to the tennis court. A traditional Thai style sala sits on the edge of the beach – the perfect place to sit and unwind in the evening breeze with a cocktail in hand. Baan Rim Haad also has access to a newly refurbished gym and cafe Shi Shi where you can enjoy breakfast and lunch. There is also a kids club with Montessori trained staff, a communal swimming pool and spa. Less than a minutes walk along the beachfront is Shiva Beach Club which is free to use and has a communal pool with slides and restaurant.

Our villa is set in a quiet secluded area on the South East coast of Samui in the picturesque village of Hua Thanon. It offers peace and relaxation on one of the finest beaches in Samui. Close by is Shi Shi cafe and Shiva Beach Club. A 5-10 minute drive is the town of Lamai, where restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, shops, local markets, bars and a lively nightlife awaits. Lamai Walking Street Market takes place every Sunday and is a must-visit! You can try all the local foods - from delicious pad thai and tempura shrimp to scorpions and crickets if you are feeling brave! Shop at the local stalls for clothes, local handicrafts, souvenirs and almost everything else you can imagine…and don’t forget to haggle for a better price, it’s part of the fun. Hua Thanon Wet Market is nearby, where you can get a real insight into local life, ad visit all the food stalls and shops. There is every kind of herb and spice you can imagine, and with the location right next to the water, plenty of fresh seafood.
