Cozy apartment in the new new Title Residencies Nai Yang Condominium with an area of 39 sq m has a good location on the second floor of the B building overlooking the pool. Just 300 metres away the beautiful beach Nai Yang. Equipped with everything you need for a comfortable living. Anti-mosquito nets are installed on the windows and on the sliding door on the balcony.

The new complex The Title Residencies NaiYang is located 2.5 km from Phuket Airport. And just 300 meters from the beautiful NaiYang Beach, surrounded by mangrove and casuarin trees of Sirinat National Park, in the shade of which tourists love to relax.
The coastline of the beach is full of restaurants, Family Mart, ATM and exchange office and street food with fresh fruit, shakes and rotti.
Also within walking distance 4 times a week there is an evening market near the Proud Hotel, where you can buy all fruits and vegetables, as well as fresh seafood or already cooked on the barbecue. There is a delivery to the complex from the nearest Tesco Lotus supermarket via a phone application.
The complex includes 7 buildings, 6 swimming pools, saunas and a gym and an excellent restaurant The TEST cafe, where you can have breakfast and lunch.
