Resort Announcement:
-We will be the temporary closure of our main swimming pool from 25th May to 30th June 2025 for essential maintenance.
All other facilities remain open, and guests can enjoy our alternative pools at Capri and The Pool Club. Complimentary soft drinks will be served daily from 14:00 to 17:00 hrs at Capri throughout the maintenance period.
-Please note that payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
-Please be informed that during bad weather conditions and due to the fact that the island is far from the mainland, the property cannot guarantee a good and stable internet connection.
-Please note that the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name. Credit card must be presented to the hotel upon check-in.
-As a gesture of appreciation for your continued support, we will also provide extra shuttle services between the resort, Mae Haad Pier, and Sairee Beach throughout the renovation period.
-Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
-Please inform Haadtien Beach Resort in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
