◉ POLICIES : ✔ Guest Friendly - 10 Peoples Maximum - Extra people are NOT allowed. ✔ Check-in from 15h00 ( 3h PM ) ✔ Check-out until 10h00 (10h AM ) ✔ Early arrivals and late departures can be requested but cannot be guaranteed (fees may apply). ✔ Caution Security Deposit : 30.000 THB / 800 EURO / 900 USD / 7.500 HKD / 6.000 RMB by Cash. ( The caution will be refunded, in the currency given, in full, upon the departure of all guests provided it is mutually agreed between the guest and the Management representative that no damage has been inflicted. ) ✔ Water is included. ✔ Electricity is not included : 12 baht per kwh. ✔ Pets is not permitted. ✔ Smoking is not permitted in the villa (bedrooms, living room, ...). Smoking is permitted on the exterior/balcony/patio of which there are ashtrays. ✔ Guests are required to show a passport with visa or entry stamp identification upon check-in.
