We live in China and have holiday homes in Hua Hin, ( Thailand ) and Taipei. Kids have come along and we use it less than before, so we would like to share it with people who needed. We also owned a boutique guest house nearby called BTC Boutique Resort ( Baan Talay Chine Boutique Resort ) which have 8 units for renting as a holiday homes from one to three bedrooms. Some with private pool. Our hotel staff will provide all necessary service including breakfast, cleaning, check in and airport pick up/drop off...etc if needed. There is a professional property management at our Taipei apartment to service our guests. We would like to welcome people who also love travelling and designing to enjoy our properties.

A bungalow In downtown Naebkehart Village, 3-5 mins walk to beach. We are at the end of Neabkethart Road, a no-through road which runs parallel to the Hua Hin downtown northern beach. with small pool and large deck in the garden. The beach is 5 mins walk away is really relaxing, located adjoining the King's palace, no banana boats or jet skiing is allowed on the beach. Locals like to relax, catch crabs, fishing and swimming here. About 10 mins walk to the beach front seafood restaurants like Itsara, You Yan Balcony, Coco 51 and Livingroom etc. Also there are many cafes, local noodles shops, eateries, a Family Mart and 7-11. You can also walk 15 mins or tuk tuk 3-5 mins to a small night market and 20 mins to the Hua Hin Night Market. There is an organic supermarket called The Golden Place (owned by the King's Palace), only 5 mins walk away. This house is managed by BTC Boutique Resort nearby. Breakfast can be pre-ordered and delivered to the house at cost(Asia breakfast THB60 /person, Western THB120/person).
