You also must pay us for electricity according to your usage at 8 Baht per kilo watt hour unit. Average usage is about 60 Baht per day. 1 bedroom bungalow in center of Lamai, only 300 meter to beach. Spacious outdoor terrace with barbecue. Situated in a secluded side road with little traffic. Mosquito net on doors. Wifi connected to fiber internet 100/40 mbit. Fast international speed. Fully equipped kitchen Private bathroom with hot water shower. - Washing machine. Price is excluding electricity usage. You must pay THB 8 per unit. If you turn air conditioner only when you sleep at night, it should be around THB 50 per day. Extra beds will be prepared only for reservations of 3 or more persons. If you select only 2 persons, only the king size bed will be provided for you. For reservation of 1 week or longer, we will provide you with extra linen, towels and blankets. You are expected to wash and change them yourself as often as you like. Cleaning during your stay will not be provided.
