此住宿的住客须知

Please note that the name of the guest on booking confirmation must be the same name as the credit card holder. Guest must present the same credit card used to guarantee the booking when checking in / making payment at the hotel.

The hotel will collect a new payment if guests do not present their credit card upon check-in.

Guests are kindly requested by the hotel to specify preferred type of bedding at the time of booking under "Special Requests". Please note that requests are subject to availability.

Please note that the hotel cannot accommodate children under the age of 15.

Please note that in case of early departure, the hotel reserves the right to charge one night's stay as a penalty fee. This does not apply to non-refundable reservations and room rates.

Incidental/Security Deposit:

At check-in, we will place a temporary hold on your credit card to cover any additional charges during your stay. This is not an extra charge, and the hold will be released after check-out.

Smoking in rooms or on balconies will incur an additional charge of THB 2000.
