Nestled into the lush hillside overlooking Kata Noi Beach, Baan Kata Sooksan is a sea view villa in Phuket located in the prestigious Katamanda Estate. Baan Kata Sooksan is the spacious, two-storey villa. The villa is a contemporary with interiors of warm colors which complement the gardens and sea views. Villa is located in Katamanda estate 5-10 mins walk to beach .There is also tennis court and a common pool in the estate. Please note stay 28 nights or more Electricity is not included , charge at cost 6 BHT per unit meter usage.

Katamanda Villa Sooksan is a spacious and beautifully appointed 3-bedroom villa located within the exclusive Katamanda Estate, just a short walk from the stunning Kata Noi Beach. The villa features a living area, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and microwave, three bathrooms with showers, and a private balcony offering sea views. Towels and bed linen are provided, and cleaning service is included three times per week. Guests can also enjoy outdoor dining on the private terrace.

As part of the Katamanda Estate, the villa gives guests access to shared facilities including an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre, a tennis court, and 24-hour security. The property is conveniently located 8.4 km from Chalong Temple and 10 km from Patong and Jungceylon Shopping Center. Phuket International Airport is approximately 45 km away.

A concierge team is available to assist guests with taxi services, massages, tour bookings, and local excursions, ensuring a relaxing and hassle-free stay.

The fitness center will be closed from 1st October 2025 to 30th November 2025 for renovation. It is scheduled to reopen on 1st December 2025.
