Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in or making payment at the hotel. The name on the reservation must be the same as the credit card holder’s name.

If you are making payment using another cardholder's credit card, kindly provide the following to the hotel prior to your arrival:

1) Authorisation letter with cardholder's signature

2) Copy of the cardholder's card (front and back of card with cardholder's signature)

Please note that the hotel may contact the cardholder for verification purposes.

Due to safety considerations, children 12 years and under are not allowed in the pool access rooms.

Please note that in case of early departure, the hotel reserves the right to charge the total amount of the reservation.

Renovation work of the restaurant and superior rooms will be carried out from May 15th, 2025 to August 31st, 2025. And some rooms may be affected by noise from May 15th, 2025 to June 30th, 2025.

We wish to inform you about the upcoming renovation of our Superior rooms, scheduled to take place from 15 May 2025 to 31 August 2025. During this period, fifty Superior rooms will be closed off for major renovations.

Please rest assured guests will be accommodated in buildings that are completely separate from the work areas, ensuring minimal disruption. The newly renovated Superior rooms will be available from 1 September 2025 onwards.

In addition, please be advised that Veranda Restaurant will also undergo renovation during this time. Guests are able to dine at The Garden, which will be open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Sunset Hut will continue to operate as usual, offering beverages and sunset views, while the beach lawn also remains accessible for sunbathing and leisure activities. Other hotel services and facilities are fully operational throughout this period.

From 15 May 2025 to 30 June 2025, there may be some noise disturbances resulting from the renovation. We will partition off the affected areas, and all guests will be allocated rooms in buildings away from the work site.

From 1 July 2025 onwards, we anticipate no noise disturbances, as the remaining work will involve the installation of pre-fabricated furniture in the rooms”
