Please note that there is no ATM in Koh Mak. For all purchases, please prepare cash.

The property offers pick-up service from the piers in Koh Mak. Please inform the hotel of the expected arrival time, names of speedboat operators and pier origins including Trat, Koh Chang and Koh Kood pier. You can use the Special Requests box when contacting the property.

Please be informed that the hotel can arrange the boat transfer to/from Trat at an additional charge. Please contact to the property directly before travelling for the boat schedule.

Guests are required to show a photo ID/passport and credit card used for reservation upon check in. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. Hotel does not allow reservation by third party.

All special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A breakfast surcharge of THB 350 per child, per day applies for children aged 5–11 years.
