Ad Lib Hotel Khon Kaen, operated by Khon Kaen Innovation Center Co., Ltd., would like to inform our

valued guests and patrons that construction and renovation works are currently underway in the

hotel building and the adjoining retail complex.

• These works include:

• Expansion of the hotel with 60 new guest rooms (Floors 16–18)

• Renovation of designated areas in the retail building

• Estimated project duration: Now – 28 February 2026

• Working hours: 10:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Please note that intermittent noise and paint-related odor may occur during this period. Should

there be any changes or extensions to the schedule, we will provide further updates.
