This 32 sq.m ground floor residence offers a cozy yet modern living space with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bedroom features a king bed and an oversized jacuzzi bathtub, perfect for unwinding while enjoying a movie right from the tub. The full kitchen is equipped with an electric stove hob, microwave, refrigerator, water kettle, espresso machine (capsules available at Tops Supermarket in Central Patong), and all essential cooking utilities. The living area includes a sofa, coffee table, and a 55-inch Smart TV, creating a relaxing space to enjoy your time indoors. Please note that smoking is not permitted inside the room and the unit does not have a balcony. For smokers, a designated smoking area is available at the entrance of the building complex.
