Our house has 3 bedrooms. For a booking of 2 guests, we will prepare 1 bedroom. If you prefer 2 separate bedrooms, please book for 3 guests. For 3 guests, 2 bedrooms will be prepared. If you have 3 guests and would like all 3 bedrooms for private use, please book for 4 guests, so we can prepare all rooms for you. Please note that the house includes 2 air-conditioned bedrooms and 1 fan room with a window for natural airflow. All rooms are equipped with mosquito-proof window screens for your comfort. We reserve the right to use other bedrooms for more than the booking guest. However, the comfort of the entire property other than that you can enjoy your private stay. There is no other shared space. In case you have extra guest, we can provide up to 2 extra beds with an additional charge. Please let us know in advance if you would like to request them.

Our location may be a bit out of center; however, it has easy access by bus, Grab and taxi. The bus stop is 250m away by walk. The outer ring road is only 2 km from home. It's easy and convenient for transportation bypass to divert heavy traffic and provide direct connectivity between our location and the Suvarnabhumi Airport or the Srirat Expressway to downtown in only 15-20 minutes. Also a great route for traveling to the suburb, Pattaya, or Ayutthaya.
