It is a simple Thai style house with everything you need for a stay. Nice, cozy and functional. There are 3 bedrooms in total, one of which is a master bedroom and has a small sofa for a child, for example. Large living room with kitchen and dining area. The living room has a large and comfortable sofa that can seat more than 6 people. The Samsung smart TV offers all the smart features and is connected to the free internet. The kitchen has all the utensils to prepare and serve food. Stove, microwave, steamer, coffee machine, pots, pans, etc. The rooms also have an iron and ironing board. The bathroom has a hairdryer and everything you need. There is a private seating area outside in front of the house, where you can also enjoy sunbathing during the day. There is parking for up to 2 cars or motorcycles on the side of the house. There is also a barbecue area with a grill on the side of the house. The house is located in a closed and guarded territory, which is closed with gates in the evening. It is possible to rent a car or scooter with the house at a reasonable price. NB!
