Group Booking:
- Group and Long stay Policy: Bookings under the same name and dates, requiring more than 5 rooms or over 10 people, will follow the Group and Long stay Payment and Cancellation Policy regardless of the rate they have booked. Bookings under the same name and dates extending beyond 14 days, will follow the Group and Long stay Payment and Cancellation Policy regardless of the rate they have booked.
- Group and Long stay Payment and Cancellation Policy: 50% deposit of the total amount to guarantee the booking, we will notify the guest before we charge the credit card on the booking. This deposit is non-refundable.
- The remaining 50% of the booking must be paid up to 15 days before the arrival date. This is non-refundable. The hotel will contact the customer before we charge the remaining 50% and remind them that the remaining amount is due 15 days in advance. If the payment is not received, we will notify in writing that we will hold the booking for an additional 48 hours and if it is not received, the booking will be canceled 10 days prior to arrival.
Age Policy:
- Please note that all guests must be 18 years of age or older. All guests staying in dorms should provide us Passport as ID.
Guests Staying in Dormitories:
- For guests staying in dormitories, towel service is available with a refundable deposit of THB 200 per towel. - Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Co-work Space:
- Co-work Space: Guests can enjoy access to our co-working space for an additional fee of THB 200 per day. Simply book your co-work pass upon arrival at the reception desk.
Non-Smoking Policy:
- Smoking is strictly prohibited at all Selina locations. A charge of THB 10,000 will be applied to guests who fail to comply with this policy. We kindly encourage adherence to this rule to avoid unnecessary charges.
