Please kindly note that the TENANT is responsible for the ordinary cleanliness of the premises and maintenance in good condition of all equipment, furniture, appliances, as delivered by the OWNER at the beginning of the lease. Please note that a fee of 2,000 THB will be charged if the villa is not cleaned and tidy upon check-out.
The house has a personalized concierge service.
Smoking is not allowed indoors but outdoors.
Fireworks are prohibited at the property.
For information, the island is growing, so there may be some daytime construction activity nearby.
The TENANT undertakes not to cause or allow anyone to make noise or activity in the villa that may disturb the tranquility of the premises or neighbors. No excessive noise after 10pm.
The tenant undertakes to use the villa "in good household manner" and to respect the house staff. PARTIES ARE FORBIDDEN: this noise and/or activity would constitute a violation of this contract and will result immediately of the end of this contract.
