A beautiful new townhouse, very comfortable, fully air-conditioned and well-equipped. Much space, cozy interior, nice kitchen, good beds and very clean. Our guests love our house and we are always nearly fully booked. The house is very convenient. You have big living areas with many places to sit, relax, sleep and cook. Air conditioning everywhere. All is new and cozy. 4 Tv's, wireless internet, NETFLIX washing machine, nice kitchen, a pantry... There also is a big roof terrace with super views. Bed arrangements: Third floor: 1 big bedroom with 2 king size beds. The room and beds can be separated. Second floor: 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed and 1 single bed, 1 bedroom with 1 king size bed. Ground floor: 2 singe beds, 1 sofa bed, 1 sofa. GOOD SLEEP: All mattresses are good quality. Always fresh bedclothes for new guests! The house has 3 bathrooms with hot shower (1 bathroom on each floor). Inside the house it is relaxing and quiet. When you go out, you immediately are inside the busy life of Hua Hin.

The House is located inside the City Center with shops, restaurants and everything in walking distance. Very convenient! 800 meters to the Beach 500 meters to the Train Station 600 meters to Market Village Mall 20 meters to Seven Eleven ---------------------------------------------------- 88 CITY TOWNHOUSE - HOUSE RULES - Check-in: After 14:00 pm - Check-out: Before 11:00 am (Please let us know at what time you want to check-in and check-out) - Please switch off all air conditioners and fans when you leave the house or go to town. - Parties are ok, but please don't be noisy / loud on the terraces in the evening and please don't break anything. - Smoking is allowed only on upper terraces (outside). No smoking inside and in front of the house. (Fine: 5.000 THB) - For the purpose of responsible electrical consumption electricity is charged at 6 THB / unit (standard public government price, charged by meter). In average this is just 150 THB / day in total. - The consumption of "DURIAN" fruits in the house is prohibited. - Please clean kitchen / food rests after eating and before you leave (Fine: 500 THB). Cooking food that leaves a strong, long lasting smell is prohibited. Deposit at check-in: 3,000 THB (6,000 THB if stay is longer than 7 days, deposit will be returned at check-out) THANK YOU! :)
