Hello, I'm David and the owner of the property. I'm originally from the UK but have lived in Asia since 2008. Ive been welcoming guests at the villa in Phuket for several years now and should you have any questions at all I'm very familiar with Phuket, the local area, Surin Beach and of course the villa itself and the amenities.

Informazioni sulla struttura

This is a large modern 4 bedroom luxury villa, equipped to a very high standard giving spectacular views over the Ocean and Surin Beach.  The villa has 500 sq metres of internal accommodation and 500 sq metres of outside living area. Each of the spacious bedrooms are fitted with en suite bathrooms and king sized beds. The villa has a private 18 metre infinity pool and there is plenty of space for guests to entertain, dine, relax and sunbathe. The villa is very private, and is in a small estate with security guards 24/7. The rate is inclusive of our villa housekeeping staff to take care of you. Surin beach is less than a 10 minute walk where there are shops and local restaurants close by. We can include beds/cots for children if required.

Surin Beach is one of the nicest beaches in Phuket. The villa looks directly onto the beach and the Andaman ocean. The airport is about 30 minutes drive away, and the famous nightlife in Patong about 20 minutes drive. There are several Golf courses within a 25 minute drive, and several places to practice Yoga, Pilates and Muay Thai all within a 10 minute drive. There are several beach clubs on nearby beaches including Catch on Bang Tao beach and Café del Mar on Kamala Beach. There are several Taxi companies, Car and Scooter rental companies close by. The villa staff will be able to advise guests if they have any questions.
