Welcome to Syama Residence.
We are a boutique homestay and a cafe. We have lovingly renovated this traditional Thai house to preserve its historic charm and timeless beauty. We hope you enjoy the unique atmosphere and fall in love with this place just as much as we do. We do not stay at the premise but our staff will be there to assist you throughout your stay.

An old traditional Thai House by the river, renovated and turn in to a boutique homestay and a café. Guests are able to experience the Thai living in a comfort of modern facilities. Located in the heart of Ayutthaya Town Centre, our charming riverside house offers serene view of the magical temple across the river. Short distance from all attractions, temples, museum, delightful restaurants and a General Hospital.
FOR YOUR INFORMATION : PARKING CAN BE A CHALLENGE ON WEEKEND and HOLIDAY
As we also run a CAFÉ in the premise. Our café is very busy during the weekend. We will be greatly appreciate it if you could please inform us your arrival time, license plate numbers and your transportation type for we will be able to prepare the Parking for your convenience.
