Experience unparalleled beachfront living at The Title V Rawai. This brand-new, one-bedroom condo, situated on the 2nd floor, balances style, comfort, and convenience. It features a fully-equipped kitchen, a queen bed, and a cozy living area with a convertible sofa. Stay connected with fast WiFi, entertained with an LG Smart TV, and comfortable with 2 ACs. There are five swimming pools, a gym, a sauna, and a co-working area. Located just 200m from Rawai Beach, enjoy the views and local culture. Please note that: 1. there is a refundable deposit of 10,000 Thai baht collected on the check-in, 2. electric and water usage is paid at checkout per meters at 6 baht/kWh and 55 baht/m3.
The central location is right at Rawai Beach. Vquietuite as the building is behind the other condo. Several dozen of cafes and restaurants at walking distance, as well as the famous Rawai fisherman market. Beautiful Nai Harn and Ya Nui beaches are just 5 min drive away. Scenic Kata Beach is 15 min drive. There are Rawai Park and Rawai international school just 5 min walk from the condo.
