The fine print
- Please note that the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name and credit card along with a valid ID/passport must be presented to the resort upon check-in. Corporate credit cards are not accepted. Please note that in case of early departure, the hotel reserves the right to charge the total amount of the reservation.
- A compulsory New Year's Eve Gala Dinner on 31 Dec 2025 is included in the room rates for 2 people per villa (4 people in Two-Bedroom Pool Villa). Extra guests must be charged separately at THB 6000++ per adult, THB 3000++ per child (6 -12 years), and free of charge for child under 6 years old.
- Renovation and improvement plans scheduled to take place during May – October 2025 between 9AM-6PM at different selected areas (roof maintenance at the spa lobby, The Rotunda, bakery kitchen, and some villas, the renovation of Baan Vijitt Restaurant and villas) With different teams of workers and periods of renovation, there will be days off and occasional periods of silence within these months (and during the days). Services continue and are available as usual, or else alternative arrangements will be given. Guests villas will be assigned further away from any disruption.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A damage deposit of THB 6,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
