Soak up the spacious modern vacation home in the heart of the 7 acres organic garden/farm land. The owner comes from an interior design background and UTOPAI was created with a vision of designing a modern ethical living space in harmony with nature. You will have access to entire house on both levels. Stay at a space which provides modern day comforts where we have landscaped and harvested; tropical flowers, herbs, medicinal plants, fruit trees, vegetables. Surrounded by variety of wild local birds, natural stone boulders. This is a vacation home, we only provide cleaning supplies, and do not provide daily cleaning nor breakfast. Greetings my name is Mon Tang. I am a friendly host who enjoys hosting one of my vacation homes which were originally built for friends and family. I enjoy meeting new people while being respectful to anyone's privacy. My partner, Cliff is from the U.S and has been a licensed acupuncturist and herbalist since 2010. He has also fallen in love with the beauty and serenity that Utopai provides and relocated here since 2016. We have travelled many places in the world and now enjoy having the world come to us! We have seen our fair share of hotels on our travels. Our aim is to create a comfortable, relaxing “home away from home” experience for our guests. Our property is just 3 mins scooter drive to the nearest local village shop, 2 miles to a largest waterfall in Pai "Mo Paeng falls”, 5 miles to Sai Ngam hotsprings, 3.8 miles to Santichon Chinese village and Yun lai view point, and 4.9 miles to Pai walking street/nightlife (13-15 mins ride). And there is barely any traffic to get around in most places, except Pai center esp. in a rush hour. Our elevation is at 626 meters above sea level, approx 120 meters which is 35 floors building higher than Pai center.
