Villa Alaia is on the heart of Bophut, walking distance from Fisherman's Village, 3 min walking from one of the best Muay Thai Gym in Samui and the famous KOB restaurant and bakery.
The modern and stylish detached townhouse villa offering 3 ensuite bedrooms with rain shower, WC and wash basin. The master en-suite features a large bathtub. Amazing entertainment outdoors area: 8 seater dining table, outdoor lounge sofa, 2 sun-beds, Grill BBQ. and large 20m swimming pool and communal gardens.
I'm Karla, and I consider myself one of the luckiest people in the world to call Koh Samui home. As a real estate agent on this breathtaking island, I spend my days helping people find their dream homes. We are in a residential called Forest Hill on Soi Sunday, Bophut. This as a mixture of permanent residents and guests. We ask guests to be quieter after 9:30pm.
