Please note that to be able to enjoy this beautiful Seaview, you will have to drive a steep road. The easiest way to reach the villa is with a car or 4x4. Although, regular cars would made their way up, it is recommended that you plan accordingly. We can also provide you with airport pickups and transfers. ELECTRICITY AND WATER While most villas on Samui charge extra for electricity WE DON'T: Electricity usage with no additional charges, but please be mindful of not leaving aircons on etc if not in the villa. Electricity and Water are included and you won't pay anything extra on check-out. However, for long term stays (over 28 nights) electricity is not included and charged at THB 9/Kwh. Cleaning and laundry services can also be arranged with our friendly staff, additional charges apply for this.

Chaweng Noi features some steep roads, particularly leading up from the coastline towards the inland areas. These inclines can be challenging to navigate, scooters and 4wd access is ideal. However, the elevated vantage points offer breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape and ocean, making the drive worthwhile. We recommend hiring a car or scooters for access as the cottage is in the mountain area. We can also arrange taxis if desired.
