The fine print
The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. Corporate credit cards are not accepted.
Upon check-in, the hotel staff will ask you to provide the same physical credit card that you made the payment to verify by holding the amount of 1 THB.
If you fail to bring the same physical credit card. There will be a charge 1 more time. Then the previous payment will be rejected and refunded.
The refund process might take time approximately 1 month.
