Front sea flat in La Marsa right on the beach (close to Carthage and Sidi Bou Said), completely renovated in 2018, localized in a very secured and quiet neighborhood (in front of the embassy of Poland), you are 5 minutes walk from all commodities : bars, restaurants, train and taxi station, Mall, supermarket, cinema... The view on the Mediterranean sea is just amazing. The perfect place to enjoy your stay in Tunisia !!
Welcome to Azza & Youssef,s place ! :) La disponibilité pour vous répondre est de 24h. Une fois sur place vous pourrez compter sur une présence de l'hôte dès que vous en formulerez le besoin.
Le quartier est résidentiel, très calme. Le voisin est l'ambassadeur de Pologne en Tunisie, c'est donc très sécurisé avec un policier présent dans la rue 24h/24. Sur un plan culturel, le village pittoresque de Sidi Bou Said (patrimoine mondial de l'Unesco) se trouve à 5 minutes en métro/voiture. La grande et historique ville de Carthage se trouve également à 10 minutes en métro/voiture. A cinq minutes à pied, on trouve toutes les animations que l'on recherche (Cinéma, Centre Commercial, Restaurants, Bars, Cafés...). Il y a également un parcours de santé à proximité. A cinq minutes de marche, on a accès à tous les moyens de transport (Métro, Taxi, Bus...)
