This villa is situated near Bodrum in the gated community of Zergel Kent. Enjoy alfresco dining outside in our outdoor terrace, complete with a dining table that seats six. The perfect place to take in the views of the Aegean Sea at your leisure. The villa contains 2 bedrooms located upstairs. Both bedrooms have access to the upstairs bathroom with walk in shower. Downstairs, relax on the living room sofa which can be converted to a bed for extra sleeping space. The villa comes with AC through-out. The downstairs living area adjoins the fully fitted open kitchen which contains modern appliances. Take the free, private bus to the seaside where you can relax in the sun chairs, cool off in the rock pool or swim in the sea. There is also an adjacent beach which is very family friendly - it is quite shallow near the shore. The sea is very still in the morning, with gentle waves in the afternoon. There is a restaurant for refreshments. Both the beach and the sea-side are a 20 minute walk away, for those who wish to stretch their legs. Most people do, though, tend to drive to the locations.

Zergul Kent is a quiet, private gated community. Many of the people holidaying here visit their summer get-ways every year. You can look down from the balcony to see the lovely white painted homes, the pink, purple and green bougainvillea and the blue sea. Enjoy the scenic 50 minute bus trip to Bodrum to take in all the city has to offer. The road weaves along the coast with views of the endless blue of the Aegean Sea. A bus stop is situated 200m from your door. Boat tours to secluded bays can be organized from the local fishing village of Bogazici. The villa is a short 15 minutes’ drive from the Milas-Bodrum International airport. You can take a taxi (approximately 90 TL) or rent a car. Parking is provided at the Villa. Further afield, you can vist the ancient Carian city of Stratonikeia, Miletus or hike part of the famous Carian Trail in the Latmos Mountains. We built this house because our family loved the area and had many wonderful holidays here. We trust you will love holidaying here too.
