Orka World Villa 1 Situated just 8.7 km from Fethiye Marina, Orka World Villas features accommodation in Fethiye with access to a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a garden. As per BeachVillas’s Terms and Conditions, all groups of travellers under the age of 25 years are required to pay the Refundable Security Deposit (RSD). The RSD is 150 EUR per person, and covers each traveller provide against damages and breakages. In case of any damages or breakages, BeachVillas will have the right to use the sufficient amount to cover the costs of replacements and repairs. Providing nothing is broken the full amount is refunded to the traveller after their departure.
