Hi I am Kerim Durmaz. I was born in 1973 in Antalya. I am building villas and selling these villas with a rental income guarantee. I offer real estate sales and management services with my team. I also manage the Paradise Town Villa complex, which is built by us and consists of 119 villas. I have a small travel agency, new minibuses for airport transfers and a small car rental company.

Property information

The villa has unlimited fiber internet at 500 MBPS and 1 TON spare water tank and pressure booster against water cuts. THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE ELECTRICITY, GAS AND WATER CONSUMPTION WHICH IS CHARGED ACCORDING TO THE METERS. The staff will take the meters together with you upon your arrival and departure and you will need to pay IN CASH for the you used. This villa is situated on the Paradise Town site without doubt the best development in Belek, ideally situated for a relaxing holiday but within easy reach of both Belek & Kadriye for evenings of dining and shopping. Both have beautiful beaches for sunbathing and water sports, Kadriye beach has recently had a 'makeover' with new bars/restaurants and kids play areas. The area also offers holidaymakers the chance to visit and explore many of the historic archeological ruins within easy travelling. The Paradise site , which has 24hr security, is within 5kms of the many international standard golf courses, and has an onsite tennis court and a 'olympic' size swimming pool for other ways of enjoying a holiday in the sun. It is a lovely 4 bedrooms villa. Each room has air conditioning, lush gardens, a sun terrace, private pool, patio, pretty quiet, within the site, 24-hour security guards and cameras....

Neighbourhood information

With both Belek and Kadriye within 5 min by car it is ideally situated for the many restaurants and bars offering superb cuisine at Lira prices, cheap per head. Local supermarket at site entrance. The beaches are with a 5-10 min drive or a short cheap taxi ride and they again offer good food and drink. Plenty of water sports for the active. The general area offers plenty of unique historical ruins mostly from the Roman era most no more than 30 min by car.
