Our 300m2 detached duplex villa located in 1000m2 in Kırkpınar Sapanca;
It offers accommodation for up to 10 people in total. Its location is within walking distance of restaurants, cafes and markets.
We are 1 km away from the lake.
Our house has 5 rooms and 3 bathrooms.
Each room has its own different concept and consists of 4 rooms with double beds and 1 room with two single beds.
There is a cot for a baby in our house.
