“民宿老闆非常的和善，我們入住的是2F的3人房，房間設施就如同介紹頁面一樣好。住宿地點離海邊非常近，步行1分鐘即有停車位，附近有一間非常好吃的蔥油餅。住宿地點距離市區，及最近的便利商店有一小段距離，建議自備交通工具比較好行動。台東各觀光景點距離都蠻遠的，真的不建議騎機車，太陽實在太曬了阿。”

“歐哥超級可愛！很親人，叫聲很奶😻，雖然房間、設施、管家也都很讚，但沒辦法，歐哥是我們全部人心中的第一名😍 從入住開始我們一行人就讚不絕口，房間很寬敞，可以多人聚會聊天。浴室乾濕分離，還有小型的流理台。床鋪也非常舒適，一覺好眠！ 位置離海邊非常近，要看日出、去海邊都非常方便。離市區有些小遠，不過開車五分鐘就能抵達，不算是缺點，附近也有海濱公園停車場，不怕找不到停車位。 管家很親切，還讓我們多使用半天的客廳，收留我們這群下午大熱天不想出去曬太陽的死大學生😂😂 民宿的“交換日記”，了解女主人和其...”

“4/3連假第一晚，四人房房內有衛浴，是上下舖，床鋪很紮實，很寬敞，床墊好好睡，真的很舒服，而且很多小細節都很不錯，有置物地方，有小夜燈，有床簾可以遮光，當然空調都有，一樓是公共空間，很舒服，有桌椅，廚房，冰箱，飲水機，沖泡茶包都有。還有個小天井陽台。很溫馨的民宿。 旁邊就是海濱公園，轉角就有阿度租車，可以租借腳踏車騎車。還有汽車停車場超級方便。若是想去市區，鐵花村走路大約15-20分鐘，附近都是熱鬧的市中心。真的鬧中取靜的地點。”
