“這次去九族文化村住這間真的超方便！不僅有優惠門票，對沒有開車的旅客也非常友善。搭公車到魚池站後，還有接駁車直接載我們到九族文化村，甚至幫忙把行李送到房間，超貼心！退房時還會詢問我們的行程，並開車送我們到水社。工作人員還熱心地告訴我們日月潭的玩法，非常親切暖心。雖然不知道工作人員的名字，但真的很感謝載我們來回的司機先生(兩個都是男生)，讓我和表妹們擁有一次非常棒的旅遊體驗。真的非常感謝，是一次很美好的回憶！”
