Hotel White Sands Resort & Conference Centre is situated 25km North of Dar es Salaam city centre, on a private stretch of beach 1 km long. It features a swimming pool, a spa and fitness centre.
Each individually decorated room is air-conditioned. It comes with a balcony offering either sea or garden views and comes equipped with tea-and-coffee-making facilities, minibar and a satellite TV. The private bathroom includes a shower.
Mchanga Restaurant & Bar is an open-air restaurant offering panoramic ocean views and serves a la carte menu as well as buffet style. There is a poolside coffee shop and bar, and Pweza Jetty serves light meals with full bar service.
White Sands has an on site PADI Dive Centre called Sea Breeze Marine where guests can book scuba or snorkeling activities. Water world is 270 metres from White Sands Hotel.
