Property information

I renovated this place for my partner and myself. One large apartment of 110m2, split into 1) 1+1 with excellent views of Arena, Kreshatik and yard, huge living room, steam bath, chimney, guest toilet etc on top of all regular and new stuff...2) Studio with great view, own kitchen, own bathroom, 3)Studio with yard view, own kitchen, bathroom and balcony. It is designed and equipped fully to be used as an entire place or each of three units separately, with metal doors. Built to be the best!
