Cozy 1 bed 1 bath basement apartment in Washington DC with separate entrance. Updated suite with tv, washer and dryer, cooking/eating utensils, fridge, stove, and more. 10 minutes to H St for restaurants and nightlife. 15 minute to National Stadium. 20 minutes to Navy Yard for resturants and nightlife. 20 minutes to Washington Monument. 30 minutes to the National Harbor in Oxon Hill,MD for bar, restaurants, shopping, casino, and nightlife.
