Our story began more than 30 years ago as a small vacation rental office on the cozy island of Carolina Beach (a.k.a. Pleasure Island). As our brand grew, we expanded into managing long term properties as well and quickly grew into offices in Wilmington, Leland, Hampstead, Jacksonville, Brunswick County and now we are proud to represent owners in Washington, NC. Over the years, our vacation rental teams had so much fun, we decided to expand into Topsail Island in 2020 and Oak Island in 2023. Our friendly staff all live on or near the islands and office locations they work on, with many staff members growing up or spending their childhood on the local North Carolina Beaches.
