Welcome to 124 Claressa Ave! Avalon Home with A/C This pet friendly two story, two bedroom, 1 3/4 bath home is located just steps from the beach. The first floor has a spacious living area with a 50-inch flat panel TV, with extended cable service, WIFI Aug, '13 surround sound stereo system, and dining table. Blue ray DVD's in living room and master bedroom. The kitchen, full bath, and master bedroom with a Cal king bed and flat panel TV are also located on the first floor. Wood flooring installed throughout in February 2017. The second floor is a bedroom with a queen and a single bed, a sitting area, the 3/4 bath (shower) and the third flat panel TV. The upstairs bedroom has a small step out balcony that offers an ocean view. This vacation home also has two wall unit air conditioners, both two downstairs. Carpet throughout except kitchen and bathrooms. This is a pet friendly property. 1,100 SF 124CL Maximum Occupancy: 5 people Room Configuration: Bedroom 1: Cal King Bed | Bedroom 2: Queen Bed + Single Bed This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum mid-June through Labor Day).
