Walk into this three-level, fully-renovated oceanfront villa in the Windsong complex of the gated Amelia Island Plantation and immediately feel your worries fall away. With impeccable design, every modern comfort, and spectacular ocean views, this large home is the ideal place for a luxury beach vacation on Amelia Island. Simply pull your vehicle into the private driveway and and head inside to begin your vacation at this 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom updated villa. The spacious and extremely private main suite is conveniently located on the bottom level right beside the laundry room. The sleek main bedroom has a king bed, high-resolution TV, expanded L-shaped closet, and access to a large patio facing the ocean. The updated bathroom has two showers: a walk-in and another that’s a tub/shower combo. Heading upstairs to the second level, guests will continue to be impressed by the home’s spaciousness and upgrades throughout. Pass a half bath and hallway closet to reach the fully-equipped, gourmet kitchen, which has stainless steel appliances, a large walk-in pantry, and overlooks the dining space and living area. The living room has a built-in wet bar with a wine cooler perfect for hosting. Enjoy the oceanfront balcony situated off the dining area and outfitted with enough seating for a small group. The other two bedrooms and attached full bathrooms are on the top level of the home, awarding more excellent ocean views. The airy staircase lets in lots of natural light through it’s large windows as you wind upstairs to this space. The second bedroom has two full beds and an attached full bath. The third bedroom has two twin beds, an attached full bath, and a balcony. Both bedrooms have flat-screen TVs and lead out to a sitting area offering peaceful views through large windows of the established oak tree canopy. With 3 total bedrooms and 3.5 total bathrooms, this villa comfortably sleeps six.

Guests will have access to a community pool that’s seasonally heated just up the lane from the villa. Beach access points are easily reached within this exclusive Windsong complex. In addition to the private driveway and garage, there’s more guest parking nearby. Any available beach equipment and towels are free for guest use. While at this rental, guests can also enjoy the miles of walking and biking trails in the Amelia Island Plantation (AIP.) This sprawling 1,340-acre gated community is surrounded by maritime forests, tidal salt marshes and pristine, sandy beaches. Dining, shopping, and spa services are offered nearby at the Omni Amelia Island Resort, located within the AIP. The closest golf courses are Little Sandy and Oak Marsh but there are many other nice courses in the area. As part of this rental, a custom digital guestbook is provided with thorough property information and a local area guide sharing our favorite restaurants, attractions, and more! Excitingly, our guests are also eligible to receive a 15% discount on beach gear rentals. *Please be advised this property is not a rental through the Omni Amelia Island Resort and does not give you access to "resort privileges or amenities.” This means there is restricted access to the main Omni hotel pool, fitness center, and shuttle service, and that Racquet Park only offers free play to club members and their guests.
