Underage guests must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Smoking, commercial filming, tents, and charcoal grills are prohibited. Gas grills, where available, are not maintained by GCPM and are used at your own risk. Renters are liable for any property damage and associated costs. If the residence requires a Homeowners Association application, this may require personal details. Guests are encouraged to complete and return the application form by email at time of booking and no later than 24 hours after booking. Failure to do so could drive additional cost to the guest to ensure HOA timelines are still met, or at worst could result in cancellation of the reservation. If included in your reservation, we are not responsible for the inoperability or availability of community/membership privileges or access to recreational features and on-site amenities. This residence is privately owned and homeowners may make ongoing updates at their discretion, in the interest of providing an enhanced guest experience. Inside the exclusive Golden Beach neighborhood of Venice Island, professionally managed by Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals. you'll find a sweet seaside cottage whose mellowness seeps into your soul from the moment you arrive. Your favorite spot is sure to be the screened-in lanai, furnished with plenty of furniture, allowing you to comfortably enjoy the private backyard while staying shielded from the bright Florida sunshine. Furnishings include an L-shaped outdoor couch and coffee table, as well as a dining table that seats 4. Inside, the property has a large living room with high ceilings, and cooling Terrazzo floors underfoot. The living room provides plenty of seating and a large flat screen TV with streaming service capability, and free high-speed internet. It also has a queen-size sleeper sofa, so it sleeps four in all. The large, open, eat-in kitchen has all you will need to enjoy anything from a simple snack to a gourmet meal at the inviting table for 4. On the same floor, a spacious bedroom offers a queen-size bed, a ceiling fan, dual nightstands with reading lamps, and an in-room TV. Nearby, the full bath with its shower/tub combo is well supplied with plenty of fresh, fluffy towels. There's even a laundry room with a washer and dryer so you can keep those swimsuits dry! The property also boasts a spacious yard (partially fenced), and good dogs are most welcome to vacation here too. Harbor Haven is the right side of the Duplex pictured above. For 2-family vacations or larger family gatherings, it can be booked in conjunction with Luna Sea, the left side of the duplex, so that larger groups can vacation together while enjoying their own private space. Parking at Golden Beach, is for resident only. There is street parking right by the entrance for the beach. House Rule: No smoking. No burning candles inside of lodging. No parties. Streaming services only, no cable.

Venice Island has been named one of Coastal Living’s "Best Places to Live on the Coast" in 2020 and “Happiest Seaside Towns in America” in 2015. And no wonder, Venice is a quiet, charming old-Florida village with plentiful shopping and dining opportunities as well as amazing Italian Renaissance-style architecture. You'll love meandering around or taking the family on a bike ride along the Venetian Waterway Trail, enjoying the sights, sounds and flavors of the waterfront village. Furry friends, welcome! A required non-refundable pet fee is to be paid directly to the management company after the reservation is confirmed. This home is only a 0.5-mile walk or bike ride to the deeded beach access that is limited only to neighborhood residents and guests. This allows guests to use the private beach access which includes an outdoor shower, picnic tables, and a gazebo. (Parking is limited to residents but very close on-street parking is available for guests.) Having a private beach is a wonderful experience.  No crowds, no noise- just beautiful views, lots of space, and a chance to enjoy the peaceful blue water of the Gulf without any disturbances.  For those who love hunting for shark’s teeth, Venice beaches are the perfect place to find these amazing fossils, either right on the beach or during a scuba-diving adventure.  Downtown Venice, with its charming shops, restaurants, and parks, is located only 0.8-miles from the home. You can stroll the promenade or enjoy dinner at one of Venice’s many celebrated restaurants.  Harbor Haven is also only approximately 1 mile from Brohard Paw Park, one of very few beaches in the greater Sarasota area that allows dogs to enjoy the surf and sand as well. Also, Both Venice Beach and the famous Venice landmark Sharky’s on the Pier are both within walking or biking distance.
