Company information

I am renting to make sure my mother is kept busy, she's the type that won't retire. We can interact with you as much or as little as you would like, our preference is to meet each guest at the time of check-in however if you are checking in late we can always leave the key via a lockbox.

Fully renovated 2015, two bedroom 1 bath sleeps 4. Fully finished modern kitchen, simple clean design. Minutes to Washington, DC, Mount Vernon Virginia, and 2.5 miles to Iwo Jima Mem.

Neighbourhood information

The neighborhood is situated in what was once all military housing, and presently undergoing a transition. Our rental sits among 800k-900k renovated homes. It is extremely safe, and conveniently located. There is a bus stop within walking distance, with the Clarendon Metro station 1.3 miles away, and the Pentagon City Metro 2.5 miles away. Taxis are abundant, as are the Uber and Uberx drivers. Our duplex is centrally located so transportation is never an issue.
