This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom historic home with modern finishes is perfectly located for quick access to downtown Phoenix , the Biltmore, and Arcadia. The home is minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor airport, and located in close proximity multiple freeways, so you will have a quick drive to Old Town Scottsdale, Tempe, Cardinals Stadium, the Phoenix Zoo and any other destination you are looking to explore. Notice: As a condition of your stay, we require the acknowledgment of a rental agreement within 24 hours of your confirmed booking. You will receive a link to your rental agreement within 5 minutes of your confirmed reservation. If you would like to review this rental agreement prior to completing your reservation, please send us a message and we will gladly send you a copy to review. Security cameras are located around the exterior of the property facing the following locations: The driveway/ entry way, courtyard, front yard/patio and back alley. These security cameras will be on during your stay.
I love traveling and exploring new places. Really enjoy the outdoors and craft beer. Phoenix native. Guest checkin is contactless however the hosts live in the area and are available for any assistance.
This neighborhood has several restaurants and bars within walking distance however a short drive will take you to some of the most highly rated restaurants and best nightlife in Phoenix.
