The condo has one private bedroom and one semi-private loft bedroom. No Smoking or Vaping Indoors This is a 100% smoke- and vape-free home. We use a privacy-safe air quality monitor that detects tobacco, cannabis, and vape particles. Violations will result in a cleaning fee and may lead to immediate removal from the property. Noise and Occupancy Monitoring The property is equipped with a smart device that also monitors noise levels and occupancy (via motion and environmental sensors) to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbors. It does not record audio or video. No Unauthorized Guests The home has a strict occupancy limit. If the number of guests exceeds what was declared in your reservation, your stay may be terminated without refund. By booking this property, you agree to comply with these rules.
