This charming, fully independent basement level unit offers comfort and everything you need. Enter through a separate entrance located from the side yard and down the small flight of stairs. You’ll be greeted with a spacious and functional open-floor plan concept. This main living space is inviting with a lot of extra room for games or movie nights. A table for 6 sits in it's own dedicated space in the kitchen; off to the side of the front door, an alcove containing a desk and work light makes for a practical, out-of-the-way workspace to get some work done during your stay (if you must)! A comfortable sofa, coffee table, and TV complete a relaxing living area and across from this space is a fully stocked kitchen. Travelers will appreciate a spacious backyard and patio setup (complete with grill, 2 fire pits, and games!) — perfect for stargazing under clear Colorado skies. A washer, dryer, and other laundry necessities are available for guest use also. Overall, this home’s classic charm and proximity to the Pikes Peak region’s best amenities make for an amazing booking opportunity. * Please be aware of this is a basement level space and there will be a home located above.
