There is also an addition Queen Bed in an office/loft type area, but this is not considered a bedroom as it has no door and is open on one side. You're renting the entire place for your vacation, trip or whatever brings you to town. Located just 1 mile from the heart of downtown, this house is located in a charming neighborhood. I've lived in Fort Collins for 20 years since graduating college. I now have a wonderful family, married 8 years with 3 kids (11, 9, 7). I'm an electrical engineer and a big sports enthusiast (Go Reds!). Looking forward to become the best host I can be. I live with my family in town and will be readily available to help you during your stay should any issues or concerns arise. If you want privacy, got you covered. This place will be self check in with a door code to gain access.. I will always respond quickly to messages, but will do my best to leave you alone during your stay. I want you to love my place and Fort Collins, so whatever we can do, we will!

Old Town North is a newer neighborhood with a good mix of townhomes and houses. It is a quite visually attractive division, with different types of buildings. Its located just a half mile from New Belgium Brewery, where I love to hang out on a Friday afternoon with my family listening to live music and having a few beverages. The Poudre White Water park is literally just down the block as well! Walking to old town is possible, but it is a mile so be prepared. There are many great bike trails and walking paths nearby however to get in touch with mother nature, especially early in the morning to enjoy those Colorado sunrises. Take advantage of the newly approved and rolled out Fort Collins rental scooters and ebikes as well! Great for getting to/from downtown to the rental
