Spacious brownstone conveniently located in hip central Harlem, a beautiful terrace and a lovely garden, short walk to the express subway 2 and 3; banks pharmacy, whole food, Trader Joe's, Lidl, all kind of restaurants etc and the best part to me is Central Park being 5 minutes walk from the house, great for jogging in the morning. My partner and i occupy 2 bedrooms on the garden level and our guests have their own 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and have limited use of space such as living room, dinning area, kitchen deck and garden. I am a doctor in pharmacy and is also a somewhat renown singer song writer and environmental activist originally from Madagascar. I made New York home since 1987 and have lived in this house since 2002. Harvey is a drummer, music producer originally from Suriname and has lived in New York for 18 years. We both enjoy music, art in general, traveling, food, meditation, yoga and nature of course.

Very family oriented neighborhood, it changed a lot since i first moved here 22 years ago; now we can find a lot of restaurants, supermarkets, really everything you need. It is a safe neighborhood considering it is New York, you mind your own business and nobody will bother you.
