Respectful Stay — Please treat our home with care and report any damage. — Violations may result in cancellation without refund and/or fees (e.g. for pets or smoking). No Pets or ESAs — No pets or emotional support animals, even with certificates or vests. HOA imposes a 500 dollar fine for violations. No Smoking — No smoking of any kind (cigarettes, vaping, cannabis) anywhere on property, including balcony. Maximum Occupancy — Max 4 guests, including children. Occupants = anyone on property between 11 PM–7 AM. No Events or Parties — No gatherings, events, or parties. For quiet visits, message us first. Minimum Age — Primary guest must be 25+. You may only book for yourself and your travel companions. Photo ID — We may request ID before check-in. It must match your reservation. Security and Privacy — Front door video doorbell: A Ring doorbell at the front door faces the exterior hallway and records audio and video when motion is detected. — Balcony camera: A camera mounted on the outer balcony wall faces Worcester Street and is activated only on demand to check weather conditions so we can ask guests to close windows or doors if needed. — Privacy note: Neither camera records inside the unit.
