Property information

New rental property, modern 3 BR 3.5 BA updated luxury vacation condo near Harbourtown amenities, shops and restaurants. Wonderful updated kitchen fully stocked for making meals for the family. New cabinets, new flooring, new appliances, new furniture and new flat screen tv in the living room and dining room. Living room has two full size couches and two additional chairs. The large dining table has seating for six and an island with seating for four more people. There are two bedrooms on the second floor, master suite and guest suite. The master suite has king bed and en suite master bath with walk-in updated shower. The second master suite on the third floor has another king size bed with en suite master bath with walk-in updated shower. The third bedroom on the second floor has a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom with twin on the top and another twin bed in the room. The third bedroom also has its own full bath with tub to bathe the little ones. Each bedroom on the second floor has its own slider to a private balcony. Downstairs off the kitchen is a half bath. 255 Stoney Creek is professionally managed and operated by Hilton Head Vacations, Inc, a locally owned company.
