Experience the tranquility of this quaint beach community while being conveniently situated near various attractions in Surf City and Topsail Beach, including the fishing pier, shopping venues, dining options, and vibrant nightlife. A brief stroll across the street will take you to the primary highlight the beach! On the first level: Bedroom 4 features two twin beds, a closet, a ceiling fan, TV with cable access, and access to a balcony; Bedroom 3 also has two twin beds, a closet, a ceiling fan, TV with cable, and balcony access. The bathroom includes a tub with shower, a toilet, and a double sink vanity. Bedroom 2 has a king-size bed with a closet, TV with cable, and a ceiling fan. Moving to the upstairs area: The living space offers a TV with cable, a ceiling fan, and balcony access with beautiful ocean views. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, a refrigerator with an ice maker, an island counter with two stools, granite countertops, a dishwasher, and a deep double sink. The dining area accommodates six guests. Additionally, there is a laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer.
